Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2, 2026

This Privacy Policy applies to all games published by Pinecone Arcade ("we", "us", or "our"). It is not specific to any one game.

Information Processed When You Use Our Games

We do not require a Pinecone Arcade account, and we do not operate servers that collect or store your name, email address, contacts, precise location, or other personal content. Game progress and settings are stored on your device unless an optional platform service described below handles them.

Our games display advertisements supplied by Google AdMob. These may include banner ads and optional rewarded ads that provide an in-game benefit when viewed. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process the following data. These are the same categories used in our App Store privacy disclosures:

Our App Store privacy disclosures identify coarse location, device ID, product interaction, and advertising data as linked to the user's identity. In this context, that can mean association with a device or advertising identifier. It does not mean that Pinecone Arcade receives your name, email address, or other personal content. Google may use this data to serve and measure ads, improve its services, and detect fraud or abuse, subject to your consent and device settings.

We may see aggregated advertising reports in AdMob. We do not use the AdMob integration to obtain your name, email address, contacts, photos, or other personal content.

System Permissions and Advertising Choices

Our games do not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, photos, or device location. Any privacy or tracking prompt shown by one of our games is there only because the game uses Google AdMob to serve and measure advertisements.

On Apple devices, a game may display Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If you allow tracking, AdMob may access the device's advertising identifier and use data for personalized advertising and advertising measurement across apps and websites. If you decline, gameplay remains available and the advertising identifier is not made available for tracking. Google may still serve limited or non-personalized ads and process data needed for ad delivery, measurement, security, and fraud prevention.

Where required, Google may also show a consent or privacy-options form so you can make or review advertising choices. You can change Apple's tracking permission at any time in your device's Privacy & Security settings.

Third-Party Services

Children's Privacy

Our games are intended for a general audience and are not specifically directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information directly to us, please contact us so we can address it.

Data Retention and Security

We do not maintain a Pinecone Arcade user database. Data processed by Google or Apple is retained and protected according to those providers' policies. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy when our games, advertising services, or legal obligations change. The current version and its effective date will always be posted on this page.
